Turkish coffee is always finely ground and brewed boiling. Our house blend uses only 100% Arabica which is rich in taste, exquisite in aroma and luxurious to the taste notes. 

Recommended Turkish Coffee Brewing Ratio: 

Dose: 8.5g

Yield: 85-90g

Water Temperature: 70 Gradus Celsius

Extraction Time: 2:15mins.
