  • No returns nor refunds on coffee that has been delivered.
  • You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before delivery contact us


  • You have 3 days to return an item from the date of invoice.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the invoice or proof of purchase.


  • Once the item is received, it will be inspected and you will be notified of the status.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • If the item was delivered to the customer, you can request a pick-up for a fee of AED 50, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

    All international sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or exceptions will be permitted.
