No returns nor refunds on coffee that has been delivered.
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before delivery contact us
You have 3 days to return an item from the date of invoice.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the invoice or proof of purchase.
Once the item is received, it will be inspected and you will be notified of the status.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If the item was delivered to the customer, you can request a pick-up for a fee of AED 50, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
All international sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or exceptions will be permitted.
